The hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s close to everything yet offers a peaceful escape from the busy streets. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, particularly the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful during my stay. However, the air conditioning stopped working unexpectedly after dinner. I didn't feel like dealing with it at the time, so I managed to get some sleep regardless. Another note is the inconsistency with temperature regulation in the room. I found the air-conditioning instructions unclear, and a staff member at the front desk didn’t seem very friendly when I asked about it. The bed was comfortable, which made the stay more enjoyable despite the minor issues. Overall, I'd say the strengths of this hotel shine through, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.

Nice room with a big bathroom. Heard noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms sometimes. Close to Gran Via and local bars. Some fun temporary art galleries nearby. Helpful staff even lent me a charger. Overall a solid stay.

our stay at soho boutique was fantastic! the hotel is on a quiet street but just steps from alcala and gran via, making it so easy to explore. our room was spacious and comfortable. the gentleman in the breakfast room was a delight – super polite and cheerful. The coffee was great!

The breakfast selection was pretty good, and they offered a lovely spa area where I enjoyed the steam room and sauna after a long day. A small downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a tad warm at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

The Double or Twin Room was really nice! Super comfy, I loved the bath and the fact they had bath sponges. The mini-fridge and kettle were a great touch too. The breakfast spread was impressive, plenty to choose from. The location was perfect, super close to attractions. Just wish the furniture felt a bit fresher and the hot breakfast options were better, but overall, it was a solid stay.
